Pricing Philosophy
Fees are structured to reflect the level of customization, participant numbers, and support intensity. Smaller groups benefit from direct engagement and personalized feedback, while larger or sector-specific programs include additional design, coordination, and materials.
All rates include preparation, materials, and follow-up support. Transparent pricing ensures clients know exactly what they receive — no hidden extras or surprise charges.

Travel & Delivery
- Remote: Standard rates (Zoom / Teams / Meet)
- On-site in Thessaloniki: No extra charge
- Elsewhere in Greece: €0.60 / km + €60 / hr travel time + 3★ accommodation
- International: Airfare + 4★ accommodation + €80 / day per diem + €80 / hr travel time
Payment Terms
All services require 50% payment on booking and 50% on delivery. Fees exclude VAT (24%). Invoices are provided for all services.
