Angelos (Kaissidis-) Rodafinos' academic journey began with his enrollment in the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, which he pursued due to his exceptional aptitude for mathematics. However, driven by his passion for sports, he later shifted his focus and earned a degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Through his hard work and dedication, Angelos earned scholarships for postgraduate studies in Sports Psychology and Teaching at Ithaca College in New York and for his doctoral degree at the Department of Psychology at the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia. His academic achievements are a testament to his commitment to pursuing his interests and goals.

Work
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Ro has gained extensive experience lecturing at various Higher Education Institutions in Australia, Cyprus, and Greece. He also established himself as a Higher Education Consultant and a Dynamic Keynote Speaker. He is known for his insightful presentations on a range of applied psychology topics and has conducted numerous seminars and workshops (see Client list and List of lectures and seminars).

His second book, "Idiots are invincible," offers insights into stress management and problem-solving techniques. His latest book, "Think Smart," is designed to help readers improve their critical thinking skills.
