Angelos (Kaissidis-) Rodafinos' academic journey began with his enrollment in the School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering at the National Technical University of Athens, which he pursued due to his exceptional aptitude for mathematics. However, driven by his passion for sports, he later shifted his focus and earned a degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
Through his hard work and dedication, Angelos earned scholarships for postgraduate studies in Sports Psychology and Teaching at Ithaca College in New York and for his doctoral degree at the Department of Psychology at the University of Wollongong in New South Wales, Australia. His academic achievements are a testament to his commitment to pursuing his interests and goals. |
Throughout his academic career, Dr. Ro has gained extensive experience lecturing at various Higher Education Institutions in Australia, Cyprus, and Greece. While pursuing his doctoral degree, he taught a course at the University of Technology Sydney, and later served as the Psychology Chair at the American College of Thessaloniki upon his return to Greece.
For nearly a decade, Dr. Ro held the position of Head of the Department of Psychology at City College/International Faculty of the University of Sheffield. Following this, he took on the role of Program Director of Social Sciences at Swinburne Online in Melbourne. He subsequently worked as the Course Establishment & Research Portal Manager for the Graduate Diploma for Psychology - Advanced at the School of Psychological Sciences, Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences at Monash University. Dr. Ro's expertise in Sport Psychology led him to take up the position of Professor and Coordinator of the Physical Education and Sport Sciences program at Frederick University in Cyprus. Today, he lectures at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and has also established himself as a Higher Education Consultant and a Dynamic Keynote Speaker. Applied psychological techniques for the accomplishment of changes in our lives," is widely read and has become a popular guide for individuals of all ages and backgrounds seeking to effect meaningful changes in their lives. His second book, "Idiots are invincible," offers insights into stress management and problem-solving techniques. His latest book, "Think Smart," is designed to help readers improve their critical thinking skills.
