The psychology of change. Become a change architect!

We are all born beautiful babies, adorned by parents and friends, with specifications and potential to become real princes. However, at some stage, approximately around 30 or 40 - for some later, for others even earlier - most of us, instead of “would-be princes,” we turn into “frogs,” as a result of the maladaptive thoughts and habits (poor nutrition, maladaptive thinking, bad company, etc.) that we adopt along the way… and so on and so forth.
How can one revert to being a prince once again? One solution is not to change at all, and wait for something magical, e.g., the kiss of the princess. The other is to read the related book "Prince to Frog and vice versa. Applied psychological techniques to change yourself - or others" or attend this training.

- parents who wish to find effective ways and ideas to guide and inspire their children;
- educators, who, by profession, lead and inspire a great number of individuals;
- partners who wish to resolve certain issues and improve their relationship, etc.
OUTCOMES
By the completion of this training, participants will
- acquire valuable knowledge and skills on change management, synthesize and map the knowledge into practice
- learn simple techniques how to change their own and other people’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviours
- develop a supporting action plan and tools to progress and implement the knowledge and skills acquired in the daily operations of the business (and in their personal life).
- align personal with company/team values to increase productivity and personal fulfilment.
THE BEST PART - OUTCOME EVALUATION
The competitive advantage of the program is that, unlike most other programs, training does not stop after the on-site presentation.
- Participants will sign an online behaviour change contract stating what they will change, why and how, in the presence of a witness (buddy system) who will follow-up and work with them for several weeks.
- Alternatively, for verification of learning, participants may be asked to share their learnings by producing measurable results or evidence of learning from their activities, in the form of a) self-reports, reviewed by their managers, and/or b) presentations to their team/family/friends.
- Finally, graduates are invited to consolidate their knowledge by reading the related Prince to Frog e-book.
BONUS
Participants who complete the course will receive
- a complimentary copy of “Idiots are invincible" e-book (300 pages packed with instructions, ideas, and applications).

Delivery approach & methodology
The course consists of lecture/discussions via the use of new technologies, case studies, role play, and workshops. According to persuasion and change management research, telling does not work that well; on the contrary, when people are challenged and come up with reasons why and how something needs to be done, motivation to follow-up and act accordingly is stronger and long lasting. Dr Rodafinos uses short stories and then employs the Socratic Method, encouraging rich interaction, dialogue and discussion. He also favours a play and learn approach, injecting humour and fun into learning, to engage participants.
